Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds:
At Handcrafted Jewelry By Teri C, we are very confident in the quality and freshness of our jewelry and wearable are and know that you will enjoy them. If for some reason you are not happy with our items, we will gladly refund your money minus shipping or exchange the product within 15 days of purchase. (There are no refunds or exchanges on personally stamped, custom-stamped items. Handcrafted Jewelry By Teri C stands behind all of its items and customers are the number one priority.

Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your legal rights as a consumer in respect of items that are faulty or not as described.
With items purchased as part of a promotional offer or discount, the refund will be amended to reflect any failure to meet the original promotional requirement as a result of returning the product.
With faulty items, Handcrafted Jewelry By Teri C will also refund to you the prevailing Post Office rate of second-class postage or local equivalent to return the faulty item.
Items should be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. All items must be returned to us in the same condition you received them, and Handcrafted Jewelry By Teri C may have a right of action against you for compensation if you do not comply with this obligation. All items returned are at your own risk so please ensure you obtain a "proof of postage" from your Post Office or shipping agent:
All items returned to us are examined and refunds to which you may be entitled will be processed as soon as possible. You will not hear from us unless there are problems.
Refunds will be processed using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Exchanges will show on your account as a refund of the original product and the purchase of the new product-you will therefore see these as two transactions on your account.
Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control:
Handcrafted Jewelry By Teri C will not be held responsible for any delays or failure to comply with its obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from a cause that is beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to changes arising out of weather conditions or other force Major events that delay delivery.
